Ready-to-ship pieces will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after confirmation.

 

All orders are shipped from Hawkes Bay, New Zealand. We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours.  Please note that additional processing and dispatch times may be required during sales, holiday periods and or/ promotional events.

Handling lost/delayed packages:

Once your order is dispatched and accepted by the shipping carrier, RAINE IS GRACE is no longer responsible for any delays, damage, or loss.
